“I want to create an artistic space in my paintings that allows the viewer the freedom to connect – with their own reality. The picture becomes a projection surface for the subconscious. For me, a picture is good when it opens an inner door and confronts me with myself and at the same time keeps me moving – physically, but also in my perception.”

Uncertainty often lurks behind the challenges
– a promise, hope, perhaps happiness in the distance
on the one hand, or latent danger and threat
– a seductive risk!
